- The USDA, Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service (APHIS), Veterinary Services (VS) National Veterinary Stockpile (NVS) in Riverdale, MD intends to procure approximately twenty-four (24) 55-gallon drums of Class A foam concentrate to be delivered to three separate US locations to be identified at a later date. The USDA intends to award an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract for a base year and four option years. This will be a best value procurement. It is anticipated that the formal solicitation, Request for Proposal (RFP) AG-6395-S-08-0133, will be released on or about September 9, 2008 and posted on this FEDBIZOPPS website.
