- S--This proposed procurement is Set-aside for Small Businesses, NAICS 561720 with a size standard of $16,500,000.00. Estimated cost of requirement is between $10,000.00 and $50,000.00 for specified period of one year with four possible option years. Work consists of supplying all equipment, materials, labor and supplies necessary to provide janitorial services at the following locations: 54A Mountain Road, Glen Burnie, MD. The services shall be rendered in strict accordance with the statement of work/specifications included in the request for quotations bid package. The services shall be rendered five days per week, Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays except Federal holidays between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.. The period of performance shall be 01 October 2008 through 30 September 2009 with four possible option years through 2013. All responsible sources may submit a bid which shall be considered by the agency. The solicitation will be provided in an electronic format, free of charge, to all registered plan holders. The media through which the Government chooses to issue this solicitation will be the Internet only. This solicitation will not be issued in paper. Contractors requests for this solicitation will be performed through ASFI. All questions shall be submitted via e-mail to Gloria.Frost@usace.army.mil. Bids can be submitted via mail to U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Contracting Division, Simplified Acquisition Team, 10 South Howard Street, Baltimore, MD 21201- 2530. Please note that all Corps of Engineers acquisitions are considered Sensitive, But Unclassified Documents, and require users to have a valid MPIN entered in the FBO system to access package.
