Description
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This solicitation is being posted in accordance with FAC 05-26 as an unrestricted procurement under NAICS 336413. Functionality and performance similar to: Bell 206/OH58 Filter System, PN: 1206In1-1601, Aerofilter oil, applicator, and cleaner kit for the following Aircraft OH-58 A/C Helicopter. The following provision and clauses are applicable to this solicitation/award: 52.211-6 Brand Name or Equal; 52.212-1 Instructions to Offerors-Commercial Items, 252.204-7004 Alt A, Central Contractor Registration; 52.212-2 Evaluation-Commercial Items; 52.212-4 Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items; 52.212-5 Contract Terms and Condidtions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders-Commercial Items; 52.252-1 Solicitation Provisions Incorportated By Reference; 52.252-2 Clauses Incorporated By Reference; 252.212-7001 Contract Terms and Conditions Required To Implement Statutes or Executive Orders Applicable To Defense Acquisitions of Commercial Items. a.The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered. The following factors shall be used to evaluate offers; Technical capability of item offerings and the degree to which they meet the Government's requirements as set forth in this solicitation. Vendor will be required to submit two Government past performance references with your bid. Past performance information should include the agency name, telephone number, and name of the point of contact. All like systems must have passed all required testing procedures and be published in the Airworthiness Release.
