- Army Contracting Agency, Southern Region, DOC, Ft Gordon, GA intends to award a Commercial Item - Firm Fixed Price using Simplified Procurement Procedures in accordance with FAR 13 for Soft Drinks requirement. Items required are listed in the Solicitation W91249-08-T-0115. Bids will be considered with sufficient descriptive characteristics submitted with quote by the due date required. The solicitation will be posted on the Army Single Face to Industry and may be accessed at https://acquisition.army.mil/asfi. The NAICS code is 312111; size: 500. Commercial Items provisions and clauses in accordance with FAR Part 12 are applicable to this requirement. In accordance with DFARS 52.204-7004 regarding Central Contractor Registration (CCR), prospective contractor(s) must be registered in the CCR data base prior to award of contract. Prospective contractors may register electronically via website: www.ccr.gov. The due date for offers is 0800AM Eastern Standard Time, 15 September 2008. Offerors will be responsible for checking for possible amendments to solicitation until it closes. Offers may be submitted electronically via Army Single Face to Industry (ASFI) or email.
