- The United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) intend to procure a commercially available “brand name” Kinetic Survey software to support a cohesive customer feedback process in the area of IT Service Management (ITSM). Kinectic Survey 3.0 Web-based Remedy “Plug-in” is easily integrated with the current BMC Remedy Action Request System (ARS) platform, which leverages our current IT investments and provides the ability to manage customer satisfaction. In accordance with FAR 6.302-1 (Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements), USPTO intends to contract a sole source to Kinetic Data, 235 East Sixth Street, Suite 400B, St Paul, MN 55101 to provide Kinetic Survey software products and support. This synopsis is not considered a request for quotations or proposals and a solicitation will not be issued.
