- W81XWH-08-R-0029 will be issued ON OR ABOUT 23 October 2008 and proposals will be due on or about 24 November 2008. No hard copies of the solicitation will be issued by this contracting office. All interested parties can view, download and print a copy of the solicitation and any resulting amendments ON OR ABOUT 23 October 2008 at www.usamraa.army.mil, click on Solicitations. In accordance with DFARS 252.204-7004, all contractors wishing to do business with DoD must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database. CCR registration can be accomplished at www.ccr.gov. This procurement is a 100% set-aside for small business concerns. See Note 1. The North American Industry Classification (NAICS) code for this procurement is 423450 with a size standard of 100 employees. Scope of Work: The Contractor shall provide Set Assembly Services (SAS). SAS is defined as procurement, assembly, packaging, storage (if required), shipment and data retr ieval services to be described in a Performance Work Statement. Further, the Contractor shall provide less than complete SAS services, i.e., procurement only; assembly only, etc... Proposals will be evaluated on a Best Value (trade off) basis and any resulting contract will be an IDIQ with a base and four option years.
