- Description
- The U.S. Geological Survey intends to make a non-competitive award to Atlantic Global Research, LLC, Georgetown, DE for services required to collect and analyze lidar data of coastal change caused by hurricanes. The data is to be delivered to USGS, St. Petersburg, FL within 60 days after data collection. Atlantic Global Research, LLC is the only known contractor capable of satisfying this requirement due to the sensor calibration, mouting bias, and aircraft positional requirements for inter-comparisons between data sets. This requirement is for informational purposes only. This is not a request for competitive proposals. The Government intends to award this requirement noncompetitively IAW FAR 13.106-1(b)(1). Other interested concerns having the ability to furnish this effort shall submit a capabilities statement to the Contracting Officer no later than the closing date of this announcement. The anticipated award date of the contract is 15 Sep 08. A vendor must be registered at http://www.ccr.gov to be awarded the contract. See Numbered Note 22.
