- NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE: The 3rd Contracting Squadron, Elmendorf AFB, AK intends to award a sole source purchase order to CARDINAL HEALTHCARE. CARDINAL HEALTHCARE will be providing: Pyxis CII Safe Control Station Double Column Integrated Main, 7 Doors, 1 Repid Access Drawer, BioID, XP (Qty – 2 Each). This will be sole source unless other prospective vendors can provide same item. This purchase will be made under Simplified Acquisition Procedures and Other Than Full and Open Competition as authorized by FAR 6.302-1. The anticipated award date is 12 September 2008. This notice is neither a request for competitive proposals nor a solicitation of offers. A determination by the government not to compete this requirement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. The closing date for this Synopsis is 12 September 2008 at 3:00 PM Alaska Standard Time.
