- This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 423430 with a small business size standard of 100 employees. This is not a small business set-aside. The Washington Headquarter Services (WHS), Acquisition and Procurement Office, Department of Defense, 1155 Defense Pentagon, Washington, DC 20301-1155 intends to purchase Enterprise Random Password Manager (ERPM) on a specific brand name basis. Please see the attached Characteristics. The software will be shipped to OSD/CIO Logistics 621 L North Payne Street Alexandria, VA 22314-1805 The software requested will require 24/7 phone and email maintenance support. The Government will evaluate quotes and make a selection based on the lowest priced technically acceptable open market quotation meeting the specified salient characteristics. Quotations are due no later than 2:00 pm, Eastern Standard Time, Friday, 12 September 2008. Offers shall be submitted electronically via email to: juan.sainz@whs.mil.
