- Description
- NASA/GSFC has a requirement for a one year Tecolote Automated Cost EstimatingIntegrated Tools License. NASA/GSFC intends to purchase the items from Tecolote Research, Inc. The authority is FAR 13.106(b)(1) only one source reasonably available. The Government intends to acquire a commercial item using FAR Part 12. The DO rating is DO-C9. This synopsis shall not be construed as a commitment by theGovernment, nor will the Government pay for the information solicited. Interested organizations may submit their capabilities and qualifications to perform theeffort in writing via email, fax or mail to Candis Edwards-Duncan/CODE 210.H at NASAGoddard Space Flight Center, Greenbelt, MD, 20771 no later than 4:30 p.m. local time on09/14/2008. Such capabilities/qualifications will be evaluated solely for the purpose ofdetermining whether or not to conduct this procurement on a competitive basis. Adetermination by the Government not to compete this proposed effort on a full and opencompetition basis, based upon responses to this notice, is solely within the discretionof the government. Technical questions should be submitted in writing via email toCandis.J.Edwards-Duncan@nasa.gov no later than 09/12/2008 at 4:30 PM EST. Oral communications are not acceptable in response to this notice. All responsible sources may submit an offer which shall be considered by the agency. An Ombudsman has been appointed.
