- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This is a Request for Quote (RFQ) under Solicitation Number W91WAW-08-1-8232. The US Army Contracting Center of Excellence (CCE), Pentagon, on behalf of the Department of the Army, Information Management Support Center (IMCEN), 2530 Crystal Drive, Taylor Building, 9th floor, Arlington, Virginia, 22202-3944, is issuing a combined synopsis/solicitation to provide ELITE Premier Software subscriptions to support Polycom VTC Bridges. The North American Industry Classification Code (NAICS) is 334310, Audio and Video Equipment Manufacturing, and the Size Standard is $750 million. This acquisition is restricted to Small Business concerns. Delivery will be made within 30 days after contract award. The specifications for this software is as follows: 1.
