- Appraisals of Fair Annual Rent Various Buildings, WA, OR, ID and AK REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL RFP - GS-10P-08-LT-P-0133 Issue Date: August 28, 2008 Fair Annual Rental Appraisals for Federal buildings located in Washington, Oregon, Idaho and Alaska. Your firm is invited to submit a proposal for Fair Annual Rental Appraisals for Federal buildings located in the areas listed above. See Standard Form (SF) 18, Pages 1-4, for a list of buildings to be appraised. AMENDED: Appraisers performing these Fair Annual Rental Appraisals must be licensed in the state where the appraisal shall be performed. Include a copy of the state license for proposed staff who will be conducting the appraisals with your proposal. GSA requests that your firm provide a complete proposal for this project for a period of performance as specified on the attached SF18, Page 1, Block 6. The Request for Quotation Standard Form (SF) 18, appraisal instructions, tools and template and RFP are included as attachments for your use. The scope of work includes work in the following geographic areas: 1.Western Washington (Auburn, Seattle) 2.Eastern Washington (Yakima, Richland, Spokane) 3.Oregon (Portland, Baker, Eugene) 4.Idaho (Lewiston) 5.Alaska (Anchorage, Petersburg, Nome). GSA requires that you propose by geographic location on an all or none basis. If you propose on an area, you must propose to appraise all of the buildings in that area. Proposals are due no later than Friday, September 12, 2008 at 2:00 pm (PST).
