- VINSON/ANDVT Cryptographic Modernization (VACM)Draft Request for Proposal and Final Request for Proposal The VACM Program Office is planning on releasing a Draft Request for Proposal (DRFP) on or about September 10, 2008. In addition, the government is hosting a Pre-Solicitation Conference on September 24, 2008 at the Sheraton Gunter Hotel, San Antonio, TX. The conference will begin at 8:30 am and last until 12:00 pm. Attendance will be restricted to those who provide Security Clearances at least 3 days in advance of the conference. No late attendees /applicants will be admitted. (Note there is a list of prohibited items for your review, see attachment) Send clearance information for the Pre-Solicitation Conference to the CPSG Security Office see attached.
