- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number W81K02-08-R-0210 is issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP). The NAICS code for this procurement is 339113 and the SIC Code is 3845. The small business standard is 500. Brief description: Giraffe Omnibed with Sevo Humidity and accessories. All prospective offerors must be actively registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR). Offerors may register online at https://www.ccr.gov. This is a Brand Name or Equal acquisition. Delivery shall be FOB Destination to Tripler AMC, Hawaii and shall occur 60 Days after receipt of award/contract. The Pacific Regional Contracting Office intends to award to the lowest priced, technically acceptable offer. The solicitation is available on ASFI at website: https//acquisition.army.mil.
