- Notice Information Solicitation: FA5685-08-T-0066 Agency/Office: United States Air Force Europe Location: 39th Contracting Sqd - Incirlik Title: Tip of the Needle (printing services) Description(s): Added: Sep 8, 2008 9:58am The Contractor shall provide the following services or their Equal: • Provide printing services for "Tip of the Needle" medical brochure. Request 1,200 copies per month. Period of Performance 1-Oct-08 to 30-Sep-09. Please see attached Request for Quotation (RFQ) for complete solicitation details. Any prospective contractor must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) (http://www.ccr.gov) in order to be eligible for award. Instructions for registering are available at the CCR website. ATTENTION POTENTIAL OFFERORS Important information concerning eligibility for award of this requirement. 1. Due to established economic agreements between the United States Government and the Government of Turkey, the Air Force intends to award this requirement to a business concern within the country of Turkey, if available. If no vendor in Turkey can provide these items then award will be made to a vendor outside of Turkey. Therefore, proposals outside of Turkey will only be considered after non-receipt of responsive proposals on items listed on the solicitation from vendors within Turkey. 2. The solicitation is available electronically through Fed Biz Ops. It is highly encouraged that you download solicitation due to hard copy being unavailable. Your offer must be submitted NLT 10 Aug 08 at 1630 hrs.
