Description

The contractor shall provide all tools, labor, materials and transportation required to perform the maintenance on the following: X-RAY SYSTEM PRECISION 500D MFR: GE MODEL#: DEFINIUM 500D SERIAL#: BRU/CNU ID#: A5134309 LOCATION: RADIOLOGY SECTION at BLDG 121, 31st Medical Group Aviano Air Base. The maintenance of the X-RAY DEFINIUM 500D shall be performed in accordance to the PERFORMANCE WORK STATEMENT (ATTACHMENT #1). (including Preventive Maintenance, Emergency Calls and Spare Parts). The period of performance for the BASE YEAR is from 01 OCT 2008 through 30 SEPT 2009.
