The Government has a requirement for a quantity of 316 each of a Sling, Multiple Leg, NSN: 3940-01-130-3476, Part Number: 70700-20357-045 applicable to the BE (UH-60 (Blackhawk)). F.O.B. Origin with deliveries to Tracy, CA 95304-5000. The required delivery when First Article (FA) requirements are applicable is 316 each 135 days after contract award (DACA). The required delivery without First Article Testing is 316 each 90 DACA. The Government has rights to the technical data, the data package is complete, and there are no technical data, engineering, tooling or manufacturing restrictions. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered by the Agency. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release for solicitation; however, the solicitation will not close prior to the date stated above. By U.S. Law, participation in Small Business Set Asides are restricted to U.S. small businesses, therefore foreign requests for this solicitation will not be honored. THIS ACQUISITION CONTAINS TECHNICAL DATA WHOSE EXPORT IS RESTRICTED BY THE ARMS EXPORT CONTROL ACT (TITLE 22, USC., SEC 2751 ET SEQ) OR THE EXPORT ADMINISTRATION ACT (TITLE 50, USC., APP 2401-2402) EXECUTIVE ORDER 121470.
