It has 1.5diameter tube which extends through the center and is approximately 4inches long. It is approximately 89 inches in diameter and contains 5mounting holes, 3 tack screw inserts for removal, 2 vent tubes which arepart of the casting and O-ring grooves for sealing. Function: Toprovide a seal to keep oil within the sump area and to vent the #5bearing area. Dimensions: 8 inches diameter X 4 inches tall.Material: AMS 4225 Aluminum.11.Qualified Sources: This is a 100% small business set aside. L/I 0001: Qty 49 each; L/I 0002: 1 each First Article to be expended intesting. Total First Article quantity is 3.Required Delivery for Production Quantity: On or before 31 July 200912.Mandatory Language: Award will be made only if the offeror, theproduct/service, or the manufacturer meets qualification requirements atthe time of award in accordance with FAR 52.209-1. AWARD WILL NOT BEWITHHELD AWAITING QUALFICATION. Potential sources are not to utilizeintellectual property developed by the Original Equipment Manufacturer(OEM) or any third party.
