- Description
- The Naval Air Systems Command intends to issue a Delivery Order against a Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA), N00019-06-G-0001, with Bell Helicopter Textron, Inc. Ft. Worth, Texas. The UH-1Y Flight Training Device(FTD) and the Full Flight Simulator(FSS) require a hardware and software implementation that will allow instructors to alter the brightness settings for the Optimized Top Owl(OTO) helmet systems. A fix has been delivered for the AH-1Z. The Government requires that this be ported to the UH-1Y trainers as well. The Government requires that all existing Government Documents be reviewed and updated reflecting the changes incurred from the OTO Modification. Numbered Note 22 applies.
