- Joint Contracting Command – Iraq, Theater Wide Requirements Division, is soliciting sources to provide polling and focus group services throughout Iraq. This requirement supports the overall goals of MNF-I and the Government of Iraq (GoI). The contractor shall be responsible for adherence to all U.S. Government, Coalition and Iraqi laws and regulations associated with operations in Iraq. Subject to the availability of funds, a single award, Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (ID/IQ), Task Order Services contract is contemplated. The contract will include one base year with two option years.
