- The 96th Contracting Squadron, Eglin AFB, FL, intends to solicit and award a sole source Firm-Fixed-Price contract for tri-mode, tri-band telemetry receivers to Quasonix under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. Eglin Operations require tri-band multi mode transmitters for telemetering, which are currently offered by Quasonix. Anticipated award date is 19 September 2008. The North American Industry Classification System for this acquisition is 334220, with a small business size standard of 750 employees. Interested parties may submit their capabilities package to the email address below. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals/quotes. However, the government will consider all responses received prior to the solicitation closing date. A determination by the government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government.
