- Description
- One-year, single-award term contract with four option years for the production of letters and envelopes plus mailing services requiring such operations as printing, variable data printing, folding, inserting, binding, packing and distribution. Approximately 3,200,000 letters per year requiring daily, weekly, and monthly processing dependent upon application. Electronic data is sent to the contractor via IPSec-compliant VPN. Rigorous security requirements apply. Letters are 8-1/2 x 11" and print face only or face and back in black on white or yellow bond. Envelopes are #9, #10 or custom size and print in black and/or Pantone 280 Blue. Envelopes are white wove, white kraft or light brown kraft. All letters print with variable data (name and address). 48-hour turnaround from receipt of data for each print order.
