- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format prescribed in Subpart 12.6 of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the request for quote for the required item under RFQ N0012808C3223. A subsequent solicitation document will not be issued. FISC Norfolk intends to purchase the following item(s) restricted 100% to Small Businesses: (3) EACH, PN# 14100 - APC-100D, Armor Piercing Containment System including Safe-Eject and Laminated poster, Desk Mount. (3) EACH, PN# 14300-2 - APC-100D, Armor Piercing Containment System including Safe Eject and laminated poster, portable pedestal. Delivery will be 30 days after the receipt of order, FOB: Origin to Great Lakes, IL 60088.
