- The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) intends to negotiate a Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) order with Delex Systems, Incorporated under BOA N00019-03-G-0015. This firm fixed price delivery order will provide for the the Taiwan Air Force (TAF) Harpoon Tactical Training Program (HTTP) under the subject BOA. (THIS NOTICE IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS). Unless otherwise stated herein, no additional written information is available. Request for the same will be disregarded. A determination by the Government not to compete this effort is solely within the discretion of the Government. GENERAL INFORMATION: Delex Systems, Inc. is the sole designer, developer, and producer of Foreign Military Sales (FMS) Harpoon Weapon System (HWS) tactical employment training and has individually tailored training systems to specific FMS customer requirements and needs. Subcontracting opportunities may be available and should be sought with Delex at the following address: Delex Systems, Inc., 1953 Gallows Road, Vienna, VA 22182. Once NAVAIR finalizes its requirements for the subject effort, a prerequisite for receiving a contract award will be registration in the DODs Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database. For more information on the CCR, contact the CCR Assistance Center at 1-888-227-2423. There is no commitment by the Government to issue a solicitation, make an award or awards, or to be responsible for any monies expended by any interested parties before award of a contract for the effort mentioned above.
