- Description
- The VA Healthcare Network Upstate New York (VAHNUNY) has a need for a Community Based Outpatient Clinic (CBOC) to be furnished by the Contractor. VAHNUNY is one of VA's Veterans Integrated Service Networks (VISN 2) and consists of Medical Centers located in Albany, Bath, Buffalo/Batavia, Canandaigua and Syracuse, and variety of Outpatient Clinics staffed by a variety of contract mechanisms. CBOC to be located in Lackawanna (current clinic is located at 227 Ridge Road in Lackawanna, NY), serving the veterans of Erie County in New York State. The space shall be dedicated to providing healthcare services to veterans only. The Contractor shall provide Primary/Preventive Care services to eligible beneficiaries at the facility of the Contractor in accordance with the requirements of the solicitation.Interested parties should obtain solicitation on https://www.fbo.gov/ or contact Contracting officer by e-mail only at margarita.barabash@va.gov.
