- 1. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. 2. Request for Quotation Number W911S1-08-T-0071. 3. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-18 effective 5 July 2007, DFAR DCN 20070531, and AFFAR AFAC 20070531. This procurement is being solicited restricted 100% for small business under North American Industry Classification System code 561710, Exterminating and Pest Control Services, with a size standard of $6.5M. Contractor shall provide all equipment, personnel, labor, supplies, tools, materials, transportation, supervision and other items necessary to perform Pest Control activties at the Barnes Building, 495 Summer Streeet Boston, Massachusetts in strict accordance with contract specifications. 8. Award will be made to that responsive, responsible offeror whose proposal conforms to all terms and conditions of the solicitation and is most advantageous to the government. 9. Proposals are due not later than 11:00 AM EST, 13 September 2008. The outside envelope shall identify the quotation number, closing date and time. 10.
