- PR number 0019610100, NSN 1650-01-117-8026, FILTER ELEMENT, FLUID This solicitation is a source controlled item: the two sources are: Boeing Helicopters (77272) and Purolator Facet Inc., (90005). The FOB point is Destination, Inspection and Acceptance is Destination. Specifications, Plans or Drawings related to the procurement described are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government. Business size is unrestricted and is not restricted to small businesses. This solicitation will acquire the supplies cited herein on an Other than full and open competition basis under the statutory authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1), available from only one or a limited number of sources. Solicitation is for a Definite Quantity Contract for a quantity of 1500 each, with 100% quantity option included. Delivery: 77 days ARO. Ship To: New Cumberland, PA. and Tracey, CA. Automated Best Value System (AVBS) applies. The solicitation issue date is September 23, 2008 and the closing date is October 23, 2008.
