- Description
- The Department of Homeland Security intends to award a Sole Source Contract to the St. John Group, LLC, 165 Old Farm Road, Marietta, GA 30068. The requirement will be a Firm Fixed Priced Purchase Order, from date of award through 7 months. The contractor will document requirements, the development of conceptual architecture and authoring of a recommendations document that outlines potential implementation strategies for the ICLN Information Technology Communication Coordination (ITCC) Subgroup. The proposed contract action is for services which the Government intends to award to only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302. Interested sources may submit a letter via e-mail to the Contracting Officer identifying their interest and capabilities to respond to the requirement. Responses must be received no later than September 22, 2008, 4:00 pm EST. A determination to compete this procurement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. This is not a request for proposals or quotations. Phone calls will not be accepted.
