- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) This solicitation, FA2517-08-T-6119, is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). (iii) A statement that the solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-26. (iv) This acquisition is being set aside for Service-Disabled Veteran Owned small business concerns. The NAICS code is 517110 and the small business size standard is 1,500 employees. (v) The following commercial items are being requested in this solicitation: (Refer to Performance Work Statement (PWS)) (vi) Please see Performance Work Statement for requirements. (vii) Work shall begin no later than 15 Sep 2008 and completion of the project shall result no later than 90 days after Date of Award. Items acquired will be installed at the Peterson AFB CDC Annex. (viii) The provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors -- Commercial, applies to this acquisition. The Government Reserves the right to award on multiple award or an all or none basis. All vendors must be registered in Wide Area Workflow at the time of quote submittal. Before the quote due date, all firms must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration Database @ www.ccr.gov in order to be considered for award. (ix) The provision at 52.212-2, Evaluation -- Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition. Quotes will be evaluated on the basis of price and technical acceptability. (x) The provision at 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications -- Commercial Items, is applicable to this acquisition. All vendors must be registered in ORCA ( https://orca.bpn.gov/ ) at the time of Quote submittal. (xi) The clause at 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions -- Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition.
