- Description
- Open end contract for physical, chemical, radiological, and biological testing of soil, sediment, tissue, waste, water, and air samples. Work will include, but not be limited to: supplying all personnel, equipment, and supplies necessary to conduct the analytical testing listed above. The samples will originate anywhere within the boundaries of the Lakes and Rivers Division of the US Army Corps of Engineers. All necessary sample containers and coolers will be provided to the Government. The laboratory performing the analyses shall be accredited by the National Environmental Laboratory Accreditation Program, and be compliant with the most recent version of the Department of Defense Quality Systems Manual. Standardized analytical methods will be utilized in order to provide technically valid and legally defensible data. Laboratory reports and electronic data deliverables will be developed and provided to the Government. Two contracts will be issued to the lowest responsible bidders. NAICS code is 541380. Size standard is $11.0 million. Total Small Business Set Aside.
