- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial service prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This is a request for quotation for commercial items to be acquired under FAR Part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This procurement is being issued restricted for small businesses under NAICS 541690, Size Standards is $6.5 million. The requisition is to provide Enhancement and Maintenance of Structured Product Labeling Standard (please see attachment for more details). The contractor shall provide the following items on a firm fixed price basis. Award will be made based on the best value quote for the specific commercial service required. Please see attachment of evaluation criteria. Responses must be submitted via email to the Point of Contact listed below. Offeror must identify the Reference RFQ number 1047801 in the Subject Line of the email. Offerors are advised to submit electronic documents early and confirm successful transmission/receipt.
