- The U.S. Army ARDEC is contemplating award of a sole source, firm fixed priceBlanket Purchase Agreement to Third Wave Systems AdvantEdge FEM 2D/3D and Production Module 2D/3D Software License Subscription Right to Use Support, Procurement of Third Wave Systems Software Products and Customized Software Training. The contractor is the sole manufacturer and developer shall provide proprietary design, upgrades, updates, bug fixes, technical support and customized software training for Services Four Automation Support. The period of performance for the Blanket Purchase Agreement is for (5) years from date of award. See numbered note 22.
