Questions and Answers: 1. Are these just informational applicable documents that we need to comply by or specific requirements that need to be answered at the time of submittal? SOW section 3.0 Applicable Documents. 3.1 SECNAVINST 5270.2, Security Regulations and Standard of Conduct 3.2 OPNAVINST 5239.1, the Department of Navy Automated Data Processing Security Program 3.3 Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) 7.0 Security - 7.3 The Department of Navy (DON) Automated Data Processing (ADP) Security Program outlined in OPNAVINST 5239.1 applies to all efforts under this contract. Yes, these are the applicable regulations. 2. How can I can a copy of these regulations? * OPNAVINST 5239.1B, http://doni.daps.dla.mil/ * SECNAVINST 5270.2, Security Regulations and Standard of Conduct is removed from this Solicitation * Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) - the data is not subject to the FOIA and it is consider confidential and cannot be release to the public * 7.0 Security - See Information Sensitivity and IA Requirements on OPNAVINST 5239.1B 3. Is there an incumbent and if so, who is it? Ontrack Data Recovery 4. Do we need to include a Technical Proposal and if so, what should be included in the Tech Prop? No, just a capability statement and POC for contracts. If you have any questions, please submit no later than 09 September 2008 at 3:00pm.
