- TO PROCURE A REVIEW AND UPDATE WELLHEAD PROTECTION PLAN AND PROVIDEA POTENTIAL CONTAMINANT SOURCE INVENTORY AT WRIGHT-PATTERSON AIR FORCE BASE. NAICS Code 541620, Size Standard $6.50 Million. The proposed acquisition is for a sole-source from the Small Business Administration (SBA) using the authority of Section 8(a) of the Small Business Act. The scope of this project consists of furnishing all labor, equipment, appliances, devices and materials, and performing all operations necessary to provide a review and update wellhead protection plan and provide a potential contaminant source inventory and miscellaneous work as herein specified. This synopsis is published for informational purposes only. The attached solicitation documents are made available for potential subcontractors, and are not intended for the basis of competition or negotiation with any company other than the selected sole source. This proposed contract action is for environmental services for which the government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) part 5.202 section (a)(4). The 8(a) selected source is Quality Environmental Professionals, Inc, and has been chosen by the Small Business Administration prior to the release of this synopsis.
