Description
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared IAW the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This is a request for quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-26 and DFARs Change Notice (DCN) 20080812. This is a Brand Name or Equal Acquisition. Award will be made to the lowest priced, technically acceptable offer that meets the salient characteristics listed below as described in FAR clause 52.211-6 - Brand Name or Equal. The size standard is 500 employees. NAICS is 333315. This is a 100 Percent Small Business Set-Aside. PERFORMANCE: The contractor shall perform the following installation and stated activities listed: • Oversee all required activities, including: modification of the existing visual system structure in order to accommodate the new projector systems installation; coordination of all supplier support efforts (on and off site); equipment shipping, logistics, and inspection; final test and acceptance; drawings and documentation; training; and integrated programmatic support. • Remove the existing visual system consisting of projectors, projection screens and (1) mirror. • Install the Auto Alignment System consisting of Acuras, xRacu and Polaris Software packages. • On-site Alignment • On-site Calibration and Checkout Quote shall include Freight FOB Edwards AFB CA 93524 with Delivery 70 Days ARO.
