- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation documents, incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 01-27. Solicitation number AG-83D5-S-08-43 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) in accordance with FAR subpart 13.5. This acquisition is a 100% small business set-aside. The Northern American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 444190 and the size standard is $6 Million. A firm-fixed price purchase order will be issued for these Commercial Items. The solicitation is for Fencing Material for the Mountainair Ranger District, with the line items as follows: Item 1: (5000-Qty) - 6' T-post 1.33# DOMESTIC Item 2: (240-Qty) - 12-1/2 Gauge 2 pt AMERICAN Barbed wire Item 3: (80-Qty) - 12-1/2 Gauge AMERICAN (Barb-less wire) Item 4: (60-Qty) - Bundles/100 42" Metal Stays Item 5: (22-Qty) - 1-5/8" x 6' 6 Bar Tubular Gates Item 6: (22-Qty) - 1-5/8" x 12' 6 Bar Tubular Gates Item 7: (3-Qty) - 50 lb Cartons 1-1/2 Galvanized Staples Item 8: (400-Qty) - 6" x 8' Pressure treated posts ***PLEASE ADD ALL APPICABLE TAXES TO YOUR QUOTE*** D.1 MATERIAL DELIVERY - The first scheduled delivery of material is to begin on approximately Sept. 30, 2008(or earlier alternative proposed delivery date) Contractor to provide all labor, supervision, transportation, services and facilities necessary to perform work. Contractor is responsible for loading, hauling materials to Mountainair Ranger District. Quotations shall be provided by unit price for each item. D.2 LOCATION - Delivery site is on the Cibola National Forest - Mountainair Ranger District.
