- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is being issued as a Request for Proposals (RFP). Submit only written Proposals for RFP ISH-SOL-2008366572. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-26. This acquisition is a Small Business Set-Aside. The associated NAICS code is 561110 with a small business size standard of 100 employees. OFFEROR’S SHALL SUBMIT A RESUME SHOWING EXPEREINCE IN IHS SERVCES and an all inclusive hourly rate. This RFP contains one (1) line item. The line item description is as follows: CLIN Description QTYHourly Rate 0001: Medical (Contract Health) Assistant: 2080 hrs___________ PROVISIONS/CLAUSES. The following Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) provisions apply to this solicitation: 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial Items; 52.212-2 Evaluation -- Commercial Items (completed as follows:) (a) The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price, Indian Preference, and technical capabilities, technical capabilities being the most important. The following factors shall be used to evaluate offers: Technical Capability (knowledge of IHS contract health procedures) and Technical capability is significantly more important when compared to price. 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items (the offeror must include a completed copy of this provision with their quote).
