- Firm-fixed price modification P00036 to contract W56HZV-05-C-0229 will be awarded to JLG Industries, Inc., McConnellsburg, PA for a quantity of five (5) All Terrain Lifter Army System (ATLAS) vehicles and support hardware. These vehicles are for a foreign military sales customer. The ATLAS is a 10,000 lb. lift capacity rough terrain forklift vehicle. The total estimated value of this action is one million dollars. Negotiations will be conducted on a sole source basis with JLG Industries, Inc., McConnellsburg, PA using ALPHA contracting procedures.
