- This is a combined synopsis/solution for commercial items prepared in accordance with FAR 12, all clauses required by law; the Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) as appropriate for the dollar value of award shall remain applicable. Acquisition of Commercial items as supplemented with additional information. Issued by The U.S. Army and Aviation and Missile Command, on behalf of the Product Manager for Acquisition/Repair Planning, USTA. This requirement is for the purchase and approval to award sole source requirement to Express Sales, 114 McCormick Drive, Huntsville, AL 35811, for the purchase of national stock number NSN: 6680 00 000 0000, Aera Elastomer-sealed MFC Normally closed, Unit 20 pin cardedge compatible, 1/4 ver connections, nitrogen calibration, 50sccm full scale flow range. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation/proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The government contemplates award of a Firm Fixed Price purchase order resulting from this award. Further requirements information can be provided by electronic mail request. Request delivery 6 weeks after contract award. Earlier delivery is acceptable and desirable at no additional cost to the Government. This requirement quantity: 1 set as follows, FC7700CU4VN2-50sccm, 500s,5SLn, 10SLM, 60SLn, 1SLm, 100s, 10sccm. Payment will be made via Wide Area Workflow (WAWF) in accordance with DFARS 252.232-7003. FAR regulations are as follows 52.215-1, 52.212-1, 52.212-2, 52.212-3, 52.215-4, 52.212-5, 52.214-4, 52.215-1 and DFAR 252.211-7003.
