- Battlefield Effects Simulator Cartridges (simulator cartridges) for the Zussman Military Operations Urban Terrain (MOUT) Range at Fort Knox, KY. The contractor shall provide Hostile Fire, Black Smoke, Stinger Missile, and 8-min Black Smoke simulator cartridges that are equal to or compatable with the OMEGA 36 Simulator System. This solicitation is 100% set-aside for small business. NAICS 325998 (Size Standard: 500) applies to this procurement. All responsible small business sources may submit an offer. The solicitation will be posted to the Mission and Installation Contracting Command Center Fort Knox homepage at http://doc.knox.army.mil on or about 10 September 2008 with offers due on or about 19 September 2008. These dates are subject to change. All amendments to the solicitation will be likewise posted on this website. Contractors are cautioned to check the website periodically for amendments. Solicitation mailing list will not be compiled and amendments will not be sent out in paper copy. All contractors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) to be eligible for award of a contract. Faxed offers and amendments will not be accepted.
