- The United States Marine Corps, Regional Contract Office, Northeast, Marine Corps Base, Quantico, VA, on behlaf of Headquarters Marine Corps, HQMC, Administration and Resources Division has a requirement for the development of a web base application. All supplies and specfications will be described in the solicitation. All terms and conditions will be included in the solicitation. The anticipated release date of the solicitation is 5 Sept 2008 on the Navy Electronic Commerce Online (NECO) web link. A closing date for receipt of quotes will be reflected in the solicitation. All responsible sources may submit an offer in writing only, which will be considered. All interested parties must be registered in the Central contracting Registration (CCR). Potential offereors will be responsible for downloading their copy of the RFQ and amendments, if any. This requirement is unrestricted. The POC for this requirement is GySgt Glenn L.
