- The U.S. Army ARDEC is contemplating award of a sole source, firm fixed price Blanket Purchase Agreement to Livermore Software Technology CorporationLS-Dyna Software License Subscription Right to Use Support. The contractoris the sole manufacturer and developer shall provide proprietary design, upgrades, updates, bug fixes, technical support and customized software training for LS-DYNA Software Support. The period of performance for the Blanket Purchase Agreement is for (5) years from date of award. Seenumbered note 22.
