DRYVOY Boxes Vessel(s) Required: A US or foreign flag self-sustaining LO/LO, or RO/RO-LO/LO combination vessel to move approximately 211 pieces of dry cargo (approximately 568,379 LBS) In accordance with the Cargo Preference Act of 1904 and Section IIIA.3 of the Voluntary Intermodal Sealift Agreement (VISA) (see 72 FEDERAL REGISTER 62898, Nov 7, 2007, or most current reference), preference will be given to U.S. flag vessels and VISA participants. 1.Cargo Description: •211 containers standard (intentions Ammo) •Hazardous Material: 1.1e and d 2a. Load: Free In. 2b. Discharge: Free Out. 3. Loading Port(s)/Place(s): Load Port 1:Nordenham, Germany (83 TEU’s) Load Port 2:Newport, UK (96 TEU’s) Load Port 3:Talamone, Italy (32 TEU’s) 4.
