- This Pre Solicitation notice is hereby amended to reflect the procurement action FROM a notice that the VA Puget Sound Health Care System (VAPSHCS), Seattle WA intends to negotiate a sole source commercial item contract for in home Clinical Respiratory Care Services with Apria Healthcare, Inc TO an unrestricted full and open competitive action utilizing NAIC 621999. The small business sized standard is $10 million. The VAPSHCS is soliciting offers to provide in home Clinical Respiratory Care Services and Fire Risk Assessments to an estimated number of eligible Veterans (450-900) in coordination with the current VAPSHCS Home Oxygen contractor, Apria Healthcare. The contract will be for a Base + Three Option Years. The solicitation will be posted on or about 1 October 2008.
