- Services Non-Personal: The Contractor shall provide advisement/counseling for education services required for Peterson AFB, CO. The services required consist of but are not limited to the Contractor providing advisement/ counseling on group/individual career, academic, force development, and Community College of the Air Force (CCAF) associate of applied science program. See attachments for additional details. The solicitation will be distributed solely through the Federal Business Opportunity (FBO) web site http://www.fbo.gov/. This requirement will be accessible to those companies deemed eligible by the information they provided when they register with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) web site http://www.ccr.gov/ and the Online Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA) web site http://bpn.gov/. Hard copies of the solicitation will NOT be available. The Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) web site provides downloading instructions. All future information about this solicitation, including any amendments and other general information, will also be distributed solely through this site. All interested parties are responsible for monitoring this site to ensure that they have up-to-date information about this acquisition and are encouraged to monitor and register their company on the Interested Vendor List (IVL) and Register To Receive Notifications. This is a small business set aside. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code is 611710 with a small business size standard of $6.5 million.
