- The 42nd Contracting Squadron at Maxwell AFB, AL intends to award a sole source contract to Telephonics, to furnish all tools, labor, supplies and materials for the following: CLIN 0001: QTY - 6 EACH: Transceiver (STD) CF0076-M3; 78-1000-001 CLIN 0002: QTY - 1 EACH: Transceiver (Dual Port) CF0076-MS: 780-1000-002 CLIN 0003: QTY - 1 EACH: VIP Cable: JB6856-M# CLIN 0004: QTY - 1 EACH: Dual LEMO Channel Select Cable; CC6658-M7 This solicitation to purchase a sole source procurement under the authority of FAR 8.401. This will be a firm-fixed price contract. If there are any other businesses that can provide the specified educational materials, they must respond to this notice before 11:59 pm CST on 11 August 2008. If no responsible, responsive offers are received by the above date, a sole source contract will be issued to Telephonics.
