Special Notice. The U. S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) intends to solicit and negotiate a sole source fixed-price purchase order toVitalSmarts, LLC, 282 River Bend LN, Provo, UT 846045736 to provide HUD for up to 150 users: Crucial Conversations (Paperback); Crucial Confrontations (Paperback); Crucial Conversations (Participants Kits); Crucial Confrontations (Participant Kits) THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. The intent of this notice is for information purposes only and is provided under the authority of FAR 6.302-1(Only one Responsible Source and no Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements). Iinterested parties who identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement, will be considered if received within 10 days after the date of this publication. A determination by the Government not to compete the proposed contract based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
