- Description
- The Army Reserve Contracting Center, Fort Dix New Jersey intends to award a single source purchase order to ONeill & Associates, Miamisburg, OH 45342. The award will consist of five (5) ONeTOOLs and training on its use. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 334515 and a size standard of 500 employees. These items are required in order to implement two level maintenance within the 77th Regional Support Command, U.S. Army Reserves. This proposed contract action is for supplies and services for which the government intends to solicit or negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 13.106(b). This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotations or competitive proposals; however interested parties are invited to submit in writing, information describing their ability to meet the requirements. All responses received within six calendar days after date of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the Government. A determination by the government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Telephone or facsimile inquires will not be accepted. Written responses to this notice shall be in writing and must be received not later than 1600 hours, Eastern Time, 12 September 2008.
