- Description
- The 1st Special Operations Contracting Squadron at Hurlburt Field FL intends to award a Sole Source purchase order to Electronic Warfare Associates, Inc. for Provide systems administration to maintain hardware and software including installation of both hardware and software system upgrades. Curriculum Development. Develop new Air Mobility Division (AMD) / AOC curriculum (to include continuation training) and maintain existing curriculum in accordance with the AF Instructional System Development. Instruct in AMWC courses, AMWC supported courses, and AOC C2 systems courses. Task includes both classroom and laboratory instruction. Develop and participate in exercises. Participation is required at several levels--observer/trainer, controller, exercise planner and player. This award is unrestricted and is under North American Industry Classification System Code 541611 with a small business size standard of $7,000,000. This sole source action is being accomplished under the authority of FAR 6.302-1(a)(2)(i)(A). The government believes that Electronic Warfare Associates, Inc. is the only known source that has trained and experienced employees to provide this service. This notice is NOT a request for quote. However, all responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal, or quotation in sufficient detail to allow for evaluation of the proposal product for acceptability and comparability to the specifications listed above shall be considered by the agency at or before 4:00 PM (central), 12 Sep 2008. Any information received will only be considered for the purpose of conducting a competitive procurement. The contract award number is FA4417-08-C-M014 in the estimated amount of $355,000.00.
