- The Government anticipates to award a firm fixed price award to McCormick Selph, doing business as Pacific Scientific, 3601 Union Rd, Hollister, CA 95023. Seven types of detonation cords and assemblies are required. The part numbers are as follows: 13288512-1 (2O EACH), 13288512-2 (20 EACH), 13288512-5 (20 EACH), 13365934 (10 EACH), 13288623 (10 EACH), 823625-1 (10 EACH), AND 810483-1 (20 EACH). Pacific Scientific, and no other manufacturer can supply these goods as these systems are being built from an existing and proven drawing package, which specifies the type detonation cords and assemblies to be used. No other manufacturer can provide the detonation cords and assemblies without performing non-recurring engineering and environmental qualification, only Pacific Scientific and no other source will satisfy agency requirements. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which shall be fully considered by the agency.
